Bitchin’ Chickens Memes: 28 Chicken Math

Once confined to small outbreaks in rural areas, the unexplained phenomenon of Chicken Math is now sweeping across North America. It often starts with small-scale ambitions of having a modest coop with a few hens. Before long, that manageable flock of four or six or eight inexplicably increases in number. New birds just appear in the brooder or coop as though cloned overnight. No one knows where they come from.

The next stage is marked by the spontaneous arrival of other poultry: ducks, geese, turkeys, quail, guinea fowl and peafowl.

In severe cases, mysterious additions of goats, rabbits, and other livestock develop.

A vaccine is still in development and unfortunately, once contracted, there is no cure. Your only hope is to avoid all contact with fluffy butts and chirping chicks. Once exposed, you’re a goner.
